Neil Ellis Orts
Neil Ellis Orts is a writer and performer. A native of Texas, he currently lives in Houston, but spent two wonderful years in Logan Square while he pursued his M.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts at Columbia College Chicago. His fiction has most recently appeared in MO: Writings from the River, published by Montana State University/Great Falls, and Charmed Lives, an anthology published by Lethe Press. He is a regular contributor to the Houston magazine, OutSmart. In 2006, he started a small press, neoNuma Arts, which published, among other books, The Fatal Gift of Beauty and Other Plays by Christopher E. Ellis of Voice of the City.
