A.R.T. — Artist Readiness Training Program (Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships)
A.R.T. is a work-study program for teens that guides them as they create and market their original artwork and performance pieces.  Teens present their artwork at professional and/or community venues, and they design and distribute their own postcards and posters.

Design.Build.Grow.Eat. (Apprenticeships)
Teens design a labyrinth/community sanctuary at Kimball & Medill Avenues. The program introduces youth to community farming of on-site urban plots, connecting youth with the process of growing and eating whole food. This program strengthens youth's sense of their ability to impact their environment, creating peace and produce.
